Do you want to contribute to developing competence and learning that makes a difference – for our employees, our operations, and for tomorrow's sustainable energy systems? We are now looking for a Specialist for Competence and Learning, a new role in our operations, ensuring the right competence – today and in the future.
About the role
You will establish and develop Öresundskraft's work with competence supply and learning. We want to ensure a strong learning culture where our employees have the best conditions to develop through the right training at the right time. The role involves strategic development work as well as operational and practical implementation of internal training.
This by:
- Coordinating and creating structure in the organization's training efforts
- Establishing and developing methods and system support for competence mapping and competence supply
- Identifying and prioritizing competence needs in line with the organization's goals
- Collaborating with internal and external parties regarding education and development
- Monitoring and analyzing the effect of learning initiatives and ensuring efficient use of the training budget
The position is a permanent employment and is part of a team with three HR Business Partners, two payroll specialists, and an Occupational Health Strategist. You report to the HR Manager.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, you are development-focused and have a good ability to understand the organization's needs and translate them into value-creating initiatives.
You take responsibility, get things done, and deliver with quality. You are curious, have an analytical mind, and the courage to challenge ways of working. Since the role is new in the organization, you need to have a flexible mindset and confidence in creating from scratch.
You also have:
- An academic education in HR, behavioral science, pedagogy, or equivalent
- Experience working with competence development, learning, or organizational development
- Experience driving initiatives in the area while simultaneously working operationally with training efforts
- Experience from the public sector is meritorious
